Our vastly experienced team of stylists, right through to our apprentices, offer a personalised service in our contemporary salon which is continually being modified to suit developing Covid-19 requirements.
Need advice on styling, colouring, or any other aspect of hairstyling? We are here to help. All of our professional stylists are hugely experienced in both modern & traditional cutting, colouring and all aspects of hairstyling, with the ability to cater for all ages – it’s all part of the service. We also believe that high quality hair products are the foundation of all great hair styles.
Our team of highly skilled colourists work with your eye colour, skin tone, face shape and even your style, to find your perfect tonal match and have both the technical toolkit and experience to use the best combination of techniques to achieve the look you want using L’Oréal products.
We’re also multi-award winning – winning one of only 4 coveted places in the Scottish heat of the L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2016 - so you’re in good hands.

McKenzie Hairdressing has an opportunity for a full time 1st year apprentice/junior to join our team.
Full training given, in salon and 1 day a week at college (Level 2&3).
We would like a young /enthusiastic person with a passion for hairdressing and good people skills.

The team wowed a panel of high-profile award winning judges with our Autumn/Winter 2016/17 fashion inspired look. McKenzie Hairdressing was one of just 36 nationwide salons competing to win The L'Oréal Colour Trophy Award in London and we’re so proud of our achievements.

Opening Hours Update
Moving forward we feel the best policy to keep social distancing and safety of all is to keep the team split in 2 shifts! Therefore we have changed our hours and shifts for the next 3 months to be more sociable for both clients and staff. Each team will work 2 full days Mon/Tue or Wed/Thur and we will all work a Fri & Sat on a split shift system.

Tuesday 9am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 8.30am - 7pm
Thursday 9am - 5.30pm
Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
